Return and Refund Policy for Personalized Cremation Jewelry

Thank you for your purchase at 'And Forever in My Heart'. We appreciate the trust you place in us to provide a meaningful tribute to your loved one. Please read the following policy carefully, as it establishes the terms under which you may be eligible for a refund or exchange.
Personalization Errors:
- If the error is due to a mistake made by 'And Forever in My Heart' (e.g., misspellings, incorrect date), we will replace the item free of charge or provide a full refund.
- If the error is due to incorrect information provided by the customer, replacements will be made at the customer's expense.
Damages or Defects:
- Items that arrive damaged or with manufacturing defects may be returned for a replacement or full refund within 30 days of delivery. Please provide photos of the damages or defects when requesting a return.
Cancellations:
- Orders may be canceled within 6 hours of placement for a full refund.
- After this period, due to the personalized nature of the jewelry, orders may not be canceled or refunded.
Returns and Exchanges:
- Due to the highly personalized and sentimental nature of cremation jewelry, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item is defective or there was an error in personalization.
- Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
- All returns require prior authorization. Please contact support@handforeverinmyheart.com to initiate a return or exchange.
Shipping Costs:
- If the return is due to a mistake by 'And Forever in My Heart', we will cover all shipping costs for returns and exchanges.
- In all other cases, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Refund Processing Time:
- Once we receive your returned item and it passes inspection, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment. This process can take up to 10 business days.
